Department of Business Information Technology and Systems
The Department of Business Information Technology and Systems supports the mission of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and the College of Business by preparing students for careers in information systems, information technology, and computer graphics design. These careers include database administration, network administration, business application development, electronic commerce, desktop publishing, 3D graphics, animation, and digital editing.
Minor in Computer Studies
Twenty-four (24) hours of BCIS or BSYS electives above the freshmen level with at least six (6) being upper level. Students who plan on majoring in Mathematics with this minor should confer with both their major and minor advisor in order to determine the specific electives to take.
