Department of Management and Marketing
The Department of Management and Marketing supports the missions of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and the College of Business by preparing students for careers in management and marketing. These careers include business management, human resources management, entrepreneurship, small business management, family business, consumer relations, advertising, marketing research, and sales.
B.B.A. Management Major
An 18-hour B.B.A major (beyond the 9 hours of Management required in the Business Core) is available. The major provides a background for understanding and managing organizations and prepares students for entry-level positions and management training programs.
