Summer Musical Camp

Belton, Texas - Auditions for the UMHB Summer Musical Camp will be held on Tuesday, May 20, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 24, from 10:00-noon. Students age 10-18 are eligible to audition for a role in this year's production of Fiddler on the Roof, Jr. Please call the Conservatory office (254-295-4686) to sign up. Auditioning students should be prepared to sing a song and do a little acting. Students must provide their own accompaniment or sing acappella.

The Summer Musical Camp will be held July 14 - July 18 with two performances on Saturday, July 19. Camp hours will be from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 1:00-9:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Performances will be at 2:30 and 7:00 p.m. The cost of the camp is $95.00 and includes dinner on Friday.

Fiddler on the Roof, Jr. is a 90-minute production created especially for younger actors. Mrs. Shelley Dennis will be the musical director and Mrs. Sara Harris-Baker will be the drama director.
