TEN teams swept by Hardin-Simmons

Abilene, TX - The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's and women's tennis teams both trailed after doubles and neither one could come back in dual match losses at Hardin-Simmons University Friday afternoon in Abilene. The UMHB women fell 7-2 after getting wins at #3 and #4 singles from Christi Voss and Whitney Wolz. The Cru men dropped a 9-0 decision. The loss drops the UMHB women to 6-3 overall and 5-1 in American Southwest Conference West Division play. The UMHB men fall to 2-7 overall and 2-4 in the ASC West Division. The two teams will close out the regular season with a 9:30 AM dual match at McMurry University tomorrow in Abilene. The UMHB women have already clinched a berth in next weekend's ASC Championship Tournament.
