Campaign Gifts Pass $40 Million Mark

Momentum: The Campaign for Mary Hardin-Baylor has been living up to its name as the early months of 2013 as excitement has grown about the array of projects supported by the campaign. Since the public launch of the campaign in May 2012, alumni and friends of UMHB have pledged or given $54.1 million in support of student scholarships, the university endowment, and facilities called for in the Campus Master Plan. With the support of campaign gifts, four facilities were completed in 2012 and 13: Cummins Field House, the Baugh Center for the Visual Arts, the Isabelle Rutherford Meyer Nursing Education Center, and Crusader Stadium. Now, with the new Bawcom Student Union nearing nearing completion and plans taking shape for a new performing arts center, there’s never been a better time to support UMHB with a gift.
