Miss Mary Hardin-Baylor Pageant

Belton, Texas -The annual Miss Mary Hardin-Baylor Pageant is set for Friday, November 6, and Saturday, November 7, at 7.00 p.m. in W.W Walton Chapel on campus. The theme of this year's pageant is "A Night in Morocco."

Friday evening, talent performances will be judged on creativity, originality, preparedness, appropriateness of props and costumes, confidence on stage, and overall presentation. Saturday evening, contestants will be judged in evening gown and interview competition. In the interview competition, judges will consider personality, self-confidence, diction and sincerity.

General admission to the pageant is $10 for both nights and $7 for one night.

Director of this year's pageant is Audrey Chumchal of Fulshear; assistant directors are Brianna Maciel of Castroville; Brittany Tice of Silsbee; and Coley Taylor of Kingwood. The emcees for this evening are Curtis Landrum of Spring and Michael Beach of Kemah.
