Power Outage on Campus

A blown transformer has resulted in a power outage in the Sanderford Administrative Complex on campus. As a result, many key technology systems are temporarily offline. Affected systems include: on-campus phone service; faculty, staff, and student e-mail; the myCampus website; and the UMHB intranet site.  

All classes WILL BE held as scheduled on Monday.  In the event of an emergency, you may contact the University Police Department at  254-760-5000.  This number should only be used in an emergency.

Power is expected to be restored by 8 a.m. on Monday, December 1, and the network and other key technology systems are projected to be restored by mid-morning Monday. We apologize for this inconvenience.
