Wind Ensemble Concert

Belton, Texas - The Wind Ensemble at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, under the direction of James Whitis, will be presenting their spring concert at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 20 in the UMHB amphitheater. The concert will include music fit for a spring day concert in the park. UMHB graduate Clayton Capps will be featured on "A Touch of Tuba" to be performed with the wind ensemble. Other selections will feature the saxophone section on "Swing Low, Sweet Saxes" and the trombones on the fun and playful "Lassus Trombone." The band has invited alumni of the ensemble to join them on the second half of the concert.

The Sunday afternoon concert will be in the amphitheater on campus. The concert is free and open to the public.
