
Because of various EXSS activity classes, intramurals and athletic team practices that are scheduled or moved because of events in the arena, it is difficult to have a static open gym schedule. We will strive to find hours during the day where open gym play can be implemented. It will vary at different times of the year, but feel free to call the front desk for information on availability. 295-5576
A schedule of classes will be developed each semester. Please see the front desk for a current schedule. Classes will be offered to students and faculty/staff (separately) and will include classes like Body Blast, Turbo Kick, Pi-Yo, Cru Crunch and others.

A thorough orientation to the fitness center equipment is included in your personal 30 minute Fitness Orientation. Specially trained fitness staff will take you through the different machines, explaining the benefits of each and how to use them most effectively and safely. (FREE!
