The Family Education Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA)

This is a federal law that protects the privacy of students' education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under a program of the U.S. Department of Education.

The FERPA form must be filled out by the student and submitted to the Bursar's Office in order for us to be able to discuss the student's account with parents or any other designated person.
