Requirements:
Doctorate in Management; ABD considered; a completed doctoral degree is required for tenure track; business experience desirable; excellent teaching and communication skills; and a commitment to scholarly research and enhancing the quality of management education.
Responsibilities:

Faculty Responsibilities: teaching excellence; mentoring/advising students; curriculum development; research; active involvement in professional organizations; service to the department, college, university, and the community.

Management Professor's Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Management and related courses. Full-time Management faculty members typically teach 12 hours per semester with three course preparations.
