UMHB Health Requirements

In order to maintain a safe and healthy environment, UMHB requires all campus residents to submit proof of immunizations and basic health information as part of the Application for Residence Hall living.  This application will be provided to students once they have been accepted for admission.  Current UMHB students deciding to move on to campus will need to contact the Student Development Office for an application.
