Application for Degree and Fee

This application form is filled out in the Registrar's Office with Lillie Lowery, Graduation Coordinator.  Please come between 8am and 11am or between 12:30pm and 4pm.  If you cannot come at these times, please call Lillie and make other arrangements.

Application for Degree - Print out this form to complete the application. Mail the completed application plus the graduation fee to the Registrar's Office (mailing address in top left corner of application).

Application fee is due when you fill out the application form.

• Bachelor's Degree - $60
• Master's Degree - $75
• Double Degree - $105

Application deadlines are:

• December:  No later than September 28
• May:  No later than October 28
• August:  No later than February 28

There is a $25 late fee for filing after the deadline.
