General Information

Certification of benefits is a service provided by the VA Certifying Official in the Registrar's Office in Sanderford Complex, room 1301.  The office serves as a liaison between UMHB student veterans and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.  The primary responsibility of the VA Certifying Official is to assist veterans with the processing of VA forms for educational benefits and to certify enrollment of UMHB veterans to the Department of Veterans Affairs.  UMHB does not make decisions on individual claims.
