Helpdesk is here to assist you with login/password issues and to create trouble tickets for issues you experience with faculty and staff computers, printers, software applications, and network access. As trouble tickets are submitted, our technicians will handle them on a priority basis.
We support students with local network and Internet access issues and provide hardware/software support for students who participate in the UMHB computer lease program.
