The Measurement of Success at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor
"There are times when you are going to do well, and times when you are going to fail. But neither the doing well, nor the failure is the measure of success. The measure of success is what you think about what you've done."
Marc S. Lewis
Having a vision and purpose is extremely important for those of us here in the Admissions & Recruiting office. Our vision for the class of 2011 is guided by a deep, desire within each of us to see students come to the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and succeed in all aspects of their, mental, physical, and spiritual growth.
As a Sader Seeker, you have an incredible opportunity to shape the lives of the students that you come in contact with. Because you have felt this life-changing experience from your own time or your children's time here at UMHB, what you know and can share with students is a novelty. What an honor it is to share with these students just a piece of the joys that you have had as a member of the crusader family. We all hope that they too will become future Crusaders and become a part of our family.
Thank you for your prayers, faithful support, and dedication to this great university for whom "our love will never fade!" We are excited about your involvement with Sader Seekers and in ensuring the strong future of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
