Student Problem-Solving Form
The purpose of the Student Problem-Solving Process is to provide students with an avenue to voice a concern regarding any area on campus for which no grievance is being submitted and/or for which no other specific process exists.
For example, this procedure should not be used to submit grievances regarding harassment, discrimination, disciplinary action, disabilities or academic appeals, or to report a crime or other incident which requires immediate attention. Please see the appropriate sections of this Student Handbook for the proper procedures related to these issues, as this process does not replace those.
What To Expect
Once you have submitted a problem-solving form, you can expect to be contacted by the close of the next business day.
External Complaint Process:
Once a student or prospective student has exhausted all internal complaint processes, complaints may be filed externally with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. If not resolved, then contact the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
