Curriculum Vitae (Résumé)
Brian Brabham earned his Ph.D. in Exercise, Nutrition, and Preventive Health from Baylor University in 2009.In addition to his Ph.D., he completed his M.S.Ed. in Exercise Physiology and a B.S.Ed. in Health Science Studies from Baylor University. While attending Baylor University, Brian competed on the Baylor track team as a decathlete. He was selected as a Southwest Conference Academic Honor Team member during the 1994-95 season. In addition, he was elected team captain during his senior season. He remains physically active and has completed three half-marathons and three full marathons including the New York City Marathon. Brian and his wife Beth have been married for 26 years. They have two children: Tommy, who is 24 and a physical therapy student at Hardin-Simmons University, and Tori, who is 22 and a second grade teacher. They are active members of Brazos Meadows Baptist Church in Hewitt, Texas. Brian serves as an elder for the church and a teacher for the parents of children Sunday School (D2) class.
