Mike McCarthy

Mike McCarthy serves as Dean of Student Leadership and Engagement, providing strategic oversight and leadership for Student Activities, Student Organizations, and Campus Recreation. In this role, he supports student development and engagement from Welcome Week through senior year. Mike is passionate about connecting with students through traditional on-campus events such as Family Weekend, Miss Mary Hardin-Baylor, Cru Knights, and the Easter Pageant, as well as through a wide range of other opportunities, including intramurals, campus activities, and leadership conferences and training programs.
