Prerequisite Course Requirements
A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale must be earned on the prerequisite courses listed below. In the calculation of prerequisite GPA, repeated course grades are averaged. Grades lower than a "C" will not be accepted. 
Science courses must have a lab component and must be courses intended for a science major. Science courses taken at a 4-year university are preferred.

| **Upper-Level Biological Science course required from 4-year university (usually denoted as a 300/400 or 3000/4000 level course): vertebrate biology courses are preferred. Advanced (3000/4000 level) A&P coursework will also be accepted (ex: Pathophysiology, Neuroanatomy, Neurophysiology, Comparative Anatomy). | 3-4 hours |
