BELTON, Texas—The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB) Arts Academy is excited to present its Christmas Festival on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 2:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public and will take place inside the Sue & Frank Mayborn Performing Arts Center on the UMHB campus.
The event will be an enchanting afternoon filled with music, dance, and holiday cheer. Guests can experience magical excerpts from beloved shows, including “The Nutcracker” and “Annie,” performed by the dance and musical theater programs. Additionally, enjoy performances by the Arts Academy’s talented scholarship award winners and special appearances from prestigious alumni. The new children’s choir will also perform for its debut.
“This special holiday program reflects our commitment to nurturing creativity, fostering excellence, and building a vibrant arts community in the heart of Central Texas,” said Grace Catherine, the UMHB Arts Academy director. “You won’t want to miss this festive celebration of the arts!”
