BELTON, Texas— The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB) has several events on campus next week, including a One Voice concert, Cru Football’s first home game of the season, and an outdoor concert under the stars.
The College of Visual and Performing Arts’ first guest artist of the fall is The Concert Truck. This traveling music venue strengthens communities by redefining the concert experience, making live music accessible to everyone. The outdoor concert is at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 4, on Moore Ave. Some seating will be provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs to enjoy a night of live music under the stars. Tickets are not required, and the event is free.
On Saturday, Sept. 6, at 3:00 p.m., as part of UMHB’s Family Weekend, One Voice will perform in the Baugh Performance Hall located in the Sue & Frank Mayborn Performing Arts Center.
