Q: How are students selected?

**Target Audience:** The program will consist of 20 incoming first-year students (10 males and 10 females). **Selection Process:** - Students must rank in the top 15% of their graduating class or have a GPA of 3.25 or higher. - Students must receive a recommendation from an admissions counselor, teacher, pastor, youth pastor, or another individual familiar with their leadership potential. - Students must demonstrate leadership potential. - Students will participate in an interview with the Vice President and other UMHB leadership. - Students must submit a personal essay addressing faith and leadership. - Students must submit a one-minute video introduction.
