Durable Medical Equipment Loaner Program

The Occupational Therapy program provides a service to loan medical equipment to community users at no cost, temporarily or long term. The program also accepts gently used medical equipment as donation to use as part of the loan program. There is both adult and pediatric equipment available.

Examples of Equipment:

• Wheelchairs/Walkers
• Adaptive Equipment
• Crutches/Canes
• Shower Chair/Commode
• Other durable medical devices

Materials have been gently used and have been donated to the program by members of the community who are no longer able to utilize the equipment. *UMHB is unable to deliver or pick up equipment. Also, please note that the program will reach out on Tuesdays to accommodate your request submitted during the week/weekend.
