Pre-Orientation Checklist

There are a number of steps to complete before you arrive for New Cru Orientation. Use this checklist to be sure you are ready to attend orientation and start your journey at UMHB!

• Register for a New Cru Orientation Date
  Once you have been accepted to UMHB, use the web link received in an email from UMHB Admissions to select an orientation date and get registered.
• Activate your Student Single Sign-On Account
  Your OneLogin (Single Sign-On account) will give you access to important UMHB services like Sadermail (Student Email), MyDegree (to view your degree plan and progress), and MyCampus (website used to access student schedule, billing statement, FERPA release, submit Cru Card photos, request parking decals, and more). Within 2 weeks of signing up for NCO, UMHB InfoTech will send you an email with instructions for setting up your account -- and they can answer questions you might have, including questions about not receiving the email with set-up instructions.

• Submit All of Your Transcripts and Test Scores
  Submit official copies of completed high school transcripts to UMHB Admissions. Include transcripts from colleges and universities that show Dual Credit or courses taken at the college or university during high school. You can also submit official SAT or ACT scores.
• Living on Campus?
  If planning to live on campus, make sure all documentation is complete with UMHB Residence Life (More info on Housing Process).
• Health Requirements for Admission
  Find more info about Meningitis vaccinations and other health requirements from our Health Center.
• Submit a photo to be used on your UMHB Cru Card (Student ID)
  Every student receives a CruCard that is used on and off of UMHB's campus. Be sure to read and follow the photo guidelines!
