Candidate for Dean, Exercise and Sport Science
Dr. Shanna Akers and the search committee have been working diligently to find the best dean candidate to lead UMHB’s School of Exercise and Sport Science. The search committee reviewed the dean candidate pool of 14 applicants and has narrowed the search to one finalist.
The finalist will have a campus interview and will have the opportunity to interact with search committee members, administrators and our university community. It is important to share the finalists’ application letter, curricula vitae and statement of faith with faculty and staff colleagues in advance of the campus interviews so that people can become familiar with his background and accomplishments.
