Pre- Cru Camp Checklist
Complete your Pre-Advising Form
Be sure to check your Applicant Status Page and complete the Pre-Advising form before attending Cru Camp.
Submit your Transcripts
Be sure to submit an official copy of your completed high school transcript. If you have any college transcripts from Dual Credit courses you took during high school, submit the official transcript from that college as well. Additionally, you will need to submit your official SAT or ACT scores.
Submit your vaccination records
This is required for all first-time college students. Find more info about Meningitis vaccinations and other health requirements from our Health Center.

Submit your CruCard photo
Every student receives a CruCard that is used on and beyond UMHB's campus. Save some time by submitting your photo online. Be sure to read and follow the photo guidelines!
