UMHB Commencement Graduation

Spring Commencement

  • March 15, 2025 – Application for Degree and Graduation Fee Deadline
  • No rehearsal will be held. Graduates will be sent a link to an instructional video that will cover all the pertinent details of the ceremony.
  • May 10, 2025 – Commencement Ceremony: 7:30 p.m.
  • If you owe the Registrar’s Office official transcripts or test scores, this information must be submitted to the Registrar's Office before your degree can be conferred. Failure to do so may result in your conferral date being moved to a later date.

UMHB's commencement ceremonies are held in Crusader Stadium. Other UMHB facilities or the Bell County Expo Center may serve as an alternate venue in the instance of inclement weather or scheduling conflicts with athletic events. Notification of a venue change will be publicized as soon as one is determined via email, text messaging system, and social media.
