Do NOT submit the following issues through this system — report them directly to your RD:

• Water leaks or flooding
• Lost, stolen or damaged keys
• No power in room/house/apartment
• Furniture issues
• Laundry Machines in the freshman halls
• Any unsafe condition (e.g., door cannot be secured, smell of smoke)

For all other issues, please submit a work order online.
