Do not submit a work order online for the items listed below. For these issues, contact your RA or RD directly.

• Water leaks
• Lost, stolen or damaged keys
• Furniture issues
• Laundry Machines in the freshman halls
• Any unsafe condition (e.g., door cannot be secured, smell of smoke)
